目的:观察加味七方胃痛颗粒对大鼠实验性萎缩性胃炎胃黏膜组织超微结构的影响。方法:建立大鼠萎缩性胃炎动物模型60只,随机分为3组各20只,分别给予生理盐水、加味七方胃痛颗粒、胃复春灌胃4周。选取大鼠胃窦组织进行病理组织学检查,分别以透射电镜观察胃黏膜组织细胞超微结构的变化。结果:4周后光镜见实验性萎缩性胃炎动物模型复制成功。加味七方胃痛颗粒组、胃复春组予药物干预后,大鼠胃黏膜固有层炎性细胞浸润减轻,腺体萎缩程度、肠上皮化生亦有明显改善,胃黏膜厚度增加,透射电镜则见胃黏膜腺体饱满,腺腔完整,与周围连接紧密,腺细胞形态饱满,分泌颗粒丰富;模型组则炎症程度、胃黏膜厚度无明显改善。结论:加味七方胃痛颗粒对大鼠实验性萎缩性胃炎胃黏膜具有修复作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Modified QiFangWeiTong Granule on the ultrastructure of gastric mucosa in rats with experimental atrophic gastritis. Methods: A total of 60 animal models of atrophic gastritis were established and randomly divided into 3 groups of 20 rats. The rats were given normal saline, Jiawei Qi Fang Wei Tong Granules and Wei Fu Chun for 4 weeks respectively. The rat antral tissues were selected for histopathological examination. The ultrastructural changes of gastric mucosa were observed by transmission electron microscopy. Results: After 4 weeks, the experimental model of experimental atrophic gastritis was successfully replicated. Modified QiFangWeiTong granule group and Weifuchun group could relieve the infiltration of inflammatory cells in the lamina propria of gastric mucosa in rats, and the degree of glandular atrophy and intestinal metaplasia were also significantly improved. Conclusion: Modified QiFangWeiTong granule can repair gastric mucosa in rats with experimental atrophic gastritis.
