钢渣作为一种活性较低的工业废弃物,在工程实践中利用率较低。本研究拟通过强度激发,提高其复合基材的强度,以明确其在软土地基处理应用的可行性。围绕了将钢渣作为CFG桩替代材料这一目标,研究了水玻璃激发钢渣-偏高岭土胶凝材料的强度性能。试验结果表明:水玻璃激发效果显著,标准养护28d强度可达19.8MPa,能满足软土地基处理CFG桩的设计强度。需要指出的是,水玻璃与偏高岭土比例对强度影响显著,其比例在3∶1左右时强度表现最佳。另外无侧限抗压强度试验测得的弹性模量与抗压强度之间有很好的相关关系。
Slag as a less active industrial waste, the utilization rate in engineering practice is low. This study intends to stimulate the intensity by increasing the strength of its composite substrate to clarify its feasibility in the application of soft soil treatment. Focusing on the goal of using steel slag as CFG pile substitute material, the strength performance of water glass-activated slag-metakaolin cementitious material was studied. The test results show that the water glass has a remarkable excitation effect and the strength of standard curing 28d can reach 19.8MPa, which can meet the design strength of CFG piles for soft soil foundation treatment. It should be pointed out that the proportion of water glass and metakaolin significant impact on the intensity, the ratio of about 3: 1 when the intensity of the best performance. In addition, the uniaxial compressive strength measured elastic modulus and compressive strength between a good correlation.
