教育部明确要求,艺术类中职学校是培养高素质、复合型现代化艺术人才的重要摇篮,既要重视学生艺术能力的培养,又要注重学生文化素质的提升,专业学习与文化课学习决不能偏废。文化课教学肩负学生文化素质培育的重任,应与学生的能力发展、专业发展密切相连。现实中艺术类中职学校学生对文化课学习重视不够,缺乏学习积极性,教师教学工作难以顺利开展,耗时低效,教学效果不尽如人意,如何解决这一难题值得深思。针对这一现状进行了思考,也提出了一些建议措施,希望以此能让艺术类中职学校的文化课教师总结梳理现有的有效教学研究成果,深入课堂仔细观察,认真思考,从学习需求、学习效果,教学资源、教学困惑等多角度探讨分析,找出当前艺术类中职学校文化课教学失效的深层次原因,并对症下药,解决目前艺术类中职学校文化课有效教学遇到的难题。
