Recently, the Ministry of Finance disclosed data show that in 2012 the central level “three funds ”, the bus costs nearly 4.4 billion. Although the private bus is not a common phenomenon, but it is still many people’s worries. How to eliminate? I think the same problem should be solved from two levels. First, the bus configuration and supervision. In the aspect of configuration, the policies and regulations are based on the recent “Provisions on the Administration and Use of Automobiles by Party and Governmental Organizations” issued by the Office of the People’s Republic of China and the State Council in 1994, and have lasted for nearly 20 years now.
