世界特殊教育起源于欧洲,随着我国对残疾人的关注,现阶段我国特殊教育与音乐教育发展很快,残疾事业不断前进,在特殊教育中,音乐又能促进其身心康复,因此,残疾学生特殊教育日益引起大家的重视。要明确了特殊音乐学科的对象,特点,发展我国特殊音乐教育师资培养模式,借鉴世界先进国家优秀的培养制度与模式,对特殊音乐师资培养起到一定的积极意义。
The special education in the world originated in Europe.
