本文主要研究了ZnAl22共析合金和添加0.2%(重量)Cu的ZnAlCu三元合金的超塑性。研究了此两种合金实现超塑性的条件、影响超塑性的因素和提高合金机械性能的热处理规范;试验研究了合金的时效过程和不同杂质含量对合金腐蚀性能的影响;观察和分析了合金变形前后显微组织并初步探讨了超塑变形的机理。本工作还从生产应用观点出发,着重研制了超塑性板材和棒材批量生产的工艺,由此种工艺制备的超塑性材料已获得工业应用。
In this paper, the superplasticity of ZnAl22 eutectics and ZnAlCu ternary alloys with 0.2 wt% Cu have been studied. The conditions of superplasticity, superplasticity and heat treatment of the alloys were studied. The effects of the aging process and the content of different impurities on the corrosion properties of the alloys were investigated. The deformations of the alloys were observed and analyzed. Before and after the microstructure and preliminary discussion of the mechanism of superplastic deformation. This work also from the production and application point of view, focusing on the development of superplastic plate and bar batch production process, the superplastic material prepared by this kind of technology has been industrial applications.
