目的:探讨微种植体支抗在改善露龈笑方面的临床应用效果。方法:选取临床诊断为安氏Ⅱ类错、露龈微笑病例20例,前牙区配合微种植体支抗进行固定矫治器正畸治疗。比较治疗前后头颅定位侧位片的各项测量指标,使用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:治疗前后比较,上齿槽缘点到X轴距离减小(P<0.01),到Y轴的距离减小(P<0.05),上颌切牙内收及压低的程度显著(P<0.01),深覆程度显著改善。结论:前牙区微种植体是一种稳固、舒适的支抗系统,可获得理想的支抗控制效果,能有效改善上颌牙槽骨垂直向发育过度患者的露龈微笑。
Objective: To explore the clinical application of micro-implant anchorage in improving gingival laughetism. Methods: Twenty patients with clinically diagnosed Class Ⅱ malocclusion, gingiva smile and orthodontic appliance were treated with anterior teeth and micro-implant anchors. Before and after treatment of the cranial positioning of the lateral measurement of the indicators, the use of SPSS13.0 software for statistical analysis. Results: Before and after treatment, the distance from the upper alveolar margin to the X axis decreased (P <0.01), the distance to the Y axis decreased (P <0.05), and the degree of adduction and depression of the maxillary incisor significantly (P <0.01 ), The degree of deep overburden significantly improved. CONCLUSION: Anterior dental micro-implants are a stable and comfortable anchoring system, which can achieve ideal supportive control effect and can effectively improve the gingiva smile in patients with over-developed maxillary alveolar bone.
