我厂216车间2~#周期轧机喂料器是从西德米尔公司引进的设备。其进给控制采用的是目前较为先进的液压伺服控制装置(图1)。在使用中发现,该液压伺服系统的滑阀操纵手柄在工作中不能准确仃在规定的工作位置,出现手柄的反弹和顺弹现象,从而引起整个系统的工作参数发生振荡,或误动作。下面仅就滑阀操纵手柄的反弹和顺弹问题对该系统的滑阀受力特性进行一些分析和讨论。
Our factory 216 workshop 2 ~ # cycle mill feeder is imported from Westmüller company. The feed control is used at present more advanced hydraulic servo control device (Figure 1). During use, it is found that the slide valve manipulating handle of the hydraulic servo system can not accurately work in the prescribed working position during the work, resulting in the rebound of the handle and the propelling phenomenon, causing the operating parameters of the entire system to oscillate or malfunction. The following only on the spool valve handle the rebound and Shun-bing problem of the system’s spool valve force characteristics of some analysis and discussion.
