The Michel BRAS Grand Hotel is located under the peak of the Aubrac in France and was built by Michel BRAS, one of the famous French culinary masters. The use of a large number of local wild plants as raw materials is his cooking characteristic. He hopes that the space atmosphere of this building can be an extension of the local features of his cooking. This requirement is also the starting point for designing ideas. In his design concept, Eric Lafite sought to find the delicate connection between cooking and architecture: taking their common environment as a source of design ideas. The mass organization and channel layout of this group of buildings are based on the unique local mountain architecture - shepherd’s huts and the style of the Muyangshan Road. It is a group of very modern buildings, but also reflects an organic coexistence relationship with the environment.
