采用两阶段种子乳液聚合法制备了单分散P(St-AA)微球,然后在硅油悬浮体系中自组装微米级胶体晶体微球,利用胶体晶体模板法制备了有序多孔SiO2微球。采用FT-IR,SEM等方法对P(St-AA)微球单分散性及有序多孔SiO2微球结构进行了表征。结果表明,当AA用量占单体总量的5.0%时,制备的P(St-AA)微球的单分散性及其胶体晶体微球结构较好。经烧结得到的有序多孔SiO2微球孔径约为200 nm。
Monodispersed P (St-AA) microspheres were prepared by two-stage seed emulsion polymerization. Microparticles of micrometer colloidal crystals were self-assembled in silicone oil suspensions. Ordered porous silica microspheres were prepared by colloidal crystal template method. The monodisperse and ordered porous silica microspheres of P (St-AA) microspheres were characterized by FT-IR and SEM. The results showed that the monodispersity of P (St-AA) microspheres and the structure of colloidal crystal microspheres were better when the amount of AA accounted for 5.0% of the total amount of monomers. The ordered porous silica microspheres obtained by sintering have a pore size of about 200 nm.
