中華人民共和國政府、蘇維埃社會主義共和國聯盟政府和蒙古人民共和國政府,為了加强三國相互間的經濟和文化的聯系,曾經在一九五二年九月十五日簽訂協定,修建從中華人民共和國集寧到蒙古人民共和國烏蘭巴托的鐵路。這條鐵路將同從烏蘭巴托到蘇聯的鐵路接通。從集寧经二連到中國國境的鐵路由中華人民共和国政府負責修建,從烏蘭巴托經扎木烏得到蒙古人民共和國國境的鐵路由蘇維埃社會主義共和國聯盟政府和蒙古人民共和国政府共同負責修建。三國政府將在一九五五年內全部完成上述鐵路的修建工程並組織聯運。
In order to strengthen the economic and cultural ties between the three countries, the government of the People’s Republic of China, the coalition government of the Soviet Socialist Republic and the Government of the People’s Republic of Mongolia signed an agreement on September 15, 1952, to set up an agreement from the People’s Republic of China Nanjing to the railroad in Ulan Bator, People’s Republic of China. The railway will be connected to the railway from Ulan Bator to the Soviet Union. The railway from Jining II to China’s border is under the responsibility of the government of the People’s Republic of China. The railway from Ulan Bator to the border of the People’s Republic of China via Zamu-Wu is jointly managed by the government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the Government of the People’s Republic of China . The governments of the three countries will complete the construction of the above railway and organize the intermodal transport within 1955.
