发展高活性且可回收的催化剂成为近几十年研究的一个热点,本文系统地介绍了聚合物纤维固载型催化剂的制备技术,并简要阐述了其在各领域中的应用。与传统非聚合物纤维固载型催化剂相比,聚合物纤维固载型催化剂能同时满足高比表面积、易加工成型和易分离等要求,具有高催化活性和优良的循环使用性能。聚合物纤维制备技术和催化剂负载方法的发展,能够显著促进了以聚合物纤维材料为载体的高性能固载型催化剂的进步,在空气净化、污水处理和大型化工生产等领域具有重要的研究意义。
Development of highly active and recyclable catalysts has become a hot spot in recent decades. This paper systematically introduces the preparation technology of polymer fiber supported catalysts and briefly describes its application in various fields. Compared with the traditional non-polymer fiber supported catalyst, the polymer fiber supported catalyst can meet the requirements of high specific surface area, easy processing, shaping and easy separation, and has high catalytic activity and excellent recycling performance. Advances in the preparation of polymer fibers and catalyst loading methods have significantly contributed to the advancement of high-performance, solid-supported catalysts based on polymer fiber materials, which are of great interest in the fields of air purification, sewage treatment and large-scale chemical production .
