我国已经成为世界第三大对外投资国,但企业“走出去”并非一帆风顺。在企业跨国经营受挫的诸多因素中,忽视企业文化与东道国文化的相融性,已经成为制约我国企业走出国门、长足发展的重要因素。为此,我国在实施走出去战略的过程中,应当树立“跨国经营、文化先行”的理念,着力构建能够与东道国政治、经济、文化环境等诸多方面相互融合的企业文化,提高企业的文化软实力,促进企业的发展。
China has become the third largest foreign investment country in the world, but its business “going global” is not easy. Among the many factors that have frustrated multinational operations, ignoring the blending of corporate culture and host country culture has become an important factor that restricts our enterprises from going abroad and making rapid progress. Therefore, in implementing the strategy of going global, our country should establish the concept of “transnational management and cultural precedence” and focus on building a corporate culture that integrates many aspects of the host country’s politics, economy and cultural environment so as to enhance the Cultural soft power to promote the development of enterprises.
