以水盐体系制取的硫酸钾产品为原料,采用一次挤压成型挤压造粒机进行硫酸钾粉料的挤压造粒探索试验。单因素试验结果表明,在给料水分为1.2%、对辊挤压压力18 MPa、挤压给料3.0t/h的条件下,颗粒成型率达到85%,颗粒烘干后强度达到53N/cm~2。添加系统返回的硫酸钾挤压造粒成型率和强度均略高于未加返料的硫酸钾的成型率和强度。
Salt and water system prepared potassium sulfate products as raw materials, the use of a squeeze forming extrusion granulator potassium sulfate powder extrusion granulation test.
