德意志联邦共和国在发展热处理技术方面有着悠久的历史和传统的特色,创立并发展了离子氮化、渗硼、冲击淬火、表面气相沉积、盐浴碳氮共渗等热处理工艺,赢得广泛的工业应用,有着良好的经济效益,深受热处理工作者的重视和赞赏。今年六月作者出席在柏林召开的第四届国际材料热处理年会,宣读了论文之后,接受西德热处理同行的热诚邀请,访问了Bremen 市的硬化技术研究所、激光研究所;Koeln 市的克洛克纳尔(Kl(?)c-kher)离子热处理中心:Stuttgart 市的Ipsen 和Aichelin 两个工业炉公司;Frankfurt 市的Degussa 工业公司与本茨汽车厂的齿轮热处理中心等单位。通过各单位技术负责人的介绍,阅读了他们的试验研究报告以及现场考察对德意志联邦共和国在热处理技术发展中所取得的成就和今后的研究动向留下了深刻的印象。现将所了解到的一些情况作扼要的叙述,供参考。
The Federal Republic of Germany has a long history and tradition in the development of heat treatment technology. It has created and developed thermal treatment processes such as ion nitriding, boronizing, impact quenching, surface vapor deposition and salt bath carbonitriding and has won widespread industrial applications , Has a good economic efficiency, by the heat treatment workers attention and appreciation. In June this year, the author attended the Fourth Annual International Conference on Heat Treatment of Materials held in Berlin. After reading the paper, he accepted an enthusiastic invitation from his colleagues in West Germany for heat treatment and visited the Institute of Harden Technology, Institute of Laser Research in Bremen; LKN (Kl? C-kher) ion heat treatment centers: Ipsen and Aichelin furnaces in Stuttgart; Degussa Industries in Frankfurt and gear heat treatment centers in Benz Automotive. Through the introduction of the technical leaders of various units, reading their experimental research reports and on-site visits impressed the Federal Republic of Germany for its achievements in heat treatment technology and its future research. Now I understand some of the situations described briefly, for reference.
