为确定综采工作面在末采阶段顶板断裂位置对回撤通道的影响程度,根据工作面贯通后顶板的不同断裂形式,基于弹性力学理论建立回撤通道顶板结构力学模型,对顶板断裂位置与贯通后回撤通道保护煤柱侧帮部应力关系进行了分析,得到了不同顶板断裂位置下回撤通道煤柱帮竖向应力计算公式。最后,根据红柳林煤矿综采工作面回撤通道保护煤柱应力测试结果,对15205和15206工作面回撤通道的顶板断裂位置进行了判断。
In order to determine the influence of roof fracture position on the withdrawing passage at the end of mining, the mechanics model of roof structure of the evacuation passage is established based on the different fracture forms of the roof after the working face is pierced, Through analyzing the stress relationship of the side pillars of the coal pillar under the post-evacuation passageway, the vertical stress formula of coal pillar pillars under the different roof fracture location is obtained. Finally, according to the results of the stress test of coal pillar in the retreat passage of the fully mechanized coal mining face in Hongliuling Coal Mine, the location of the roof rupture of the 15205 and 15206 working face retract channels was judged.
