本文的目的是通过试件在海水腐蚀环境下有关疲劳特征的一些参数来描述材料的腐蚀疲劳规律。同时,以这些规律为依据,提出一个较为完整可靠的腐蚀疲劳寿命的计算方法,此法直接从随机应力频率谱出发得出应力循环关于应力幅和应力比的两参数计数的计算方法,并通过实验对国标16Mn钢在海水腐蚀环境下与疲劳特征有关的一些参数——疲劳载荷系数、疲劳循环比系数及疲劳频率系数的测定而提出对Paris公式的改进。文章还以Miner线性累积损伤律为依据对在中国南海海况下的半潜式平台立柱的腐蚀疲劳寿命进行了理论预测。
The purpose of this paper is to describe the corrosion fatigue behavior of the material through some parameters related to the fatigue characteristics of the specimen in a seawater corrosive environment. At the same time, based on these laws, a more complete and reliable calculation method of corrosion fatigue life is proposed. The method calculates the two-parameter counting of stress cycles and stress cycles directly from the random stress frequency spectrum, Experiments on the national standard of 16Mn steel in seawater corrosive environment and fatigue characteristics of some parameters - fatigue load factor, fatigue cycle ratio coefficient and fatigue frequency coefficient of the proposed Paris formula to improve. Based on the Miner linear cumulative damage law, the paper also predicts the corrosion fatigue life of semi-submersible platform columns under the condition of the South China Sea.
