In the traditional PE teaching, students have no real experience of happiness, lack of integrity, reality and idealism. They reflect a single model. Students’ living and spiritual world are forgotten from the student life and social reality corner. The rules and regulations of the teaching mode bound the way of thinking of physical education teachers so that the students lost their interest in physical education and virtually affected the creativity of teachers and the reform and innovation of physical education teaching.
