本文在分析现阶段高职图书馆服务原则的基础上,提出了高职图书馆读者满意度评价指标体系和提高高职图书馆读者满意度的策略建议。
Based on the analysis of service principle of higher vocational library at present, this paper puts forward the evaluation index system of readers ’satisfaction of higher vocational library and the tactics suggestion of improving readers’ satisfaction in higher vocational library.
