在工业厂房中,有些重级工作制钢吊车梁,使用不久在腹板与上翼缘的连接焊缝及附近腹板上出现纵向疲劳裂缝,以至丧失承栽能力。国内外很多研究工作者对此进行了大量调查研究,但至今对导致钢吊车梁上部区域疲劳破坏的主要机理看法很不一致。本文对有关钢吊车梁上部区域疲劳破坏机理的不同论点作了分析比较。对三根偏心荷载疲劳试验梁的试验情况和结果作了介绍和分析。
In industrial plants, some heavy-duty steel crane beams are used. Longitudinal fatigue cracks occur between the welded joints of the webs and the upper flanges and on the adjacent webs, resulting in loss of bearing capacity. Many researchers at home and abroad have carried out a lot of investigations and studies, but so far they have inconsistent views on the main mechanisms leading to fatigue damage in the upper region of steel crane beams. This article analyzes and compares different arguments about the mechanism of fatigue failure in the upper region of steel crane girders. The test conditions and results of three eccentrically loaded fatigue test beams were introduced and analyzed.
