燃油在工业炉中,燃烧不好就会出现大量的浓烟,它们经过烟囱或炉门散发在空气中,这些黑烟的组成中极少量是燃料中的灰份,而绝大多数是可燃的油烟碳粒,其中还有一部分二氧化硫、一氧化碳及三四苯并吡。这样排放不仅造成燃料的浪费,同时对环境也造成严重的污染。重油为什么会在燃烧中冒出大量的黑烟呢?我们通过长期的观察、分析发现造成燃油不能充分燃烧的主要原因是:(1)重油的雾化不好;(2)重油在高温燃烧时空气不足和混合不良。要保证良好的燃烧状态,就必须要有良好的雾化质量。良好的雾化质量除要求燃油有一定的压力和温度条体外,喷咀的结构合理也是主要影响因素,为了解决燃油的雾化,我们对在原有喷 Fuel In industrial furnaces, when burned poorly, there is a lot of smoke coming out through the chimney or oven door in the air.
