目的:测定北细辛、汉城细辛和华细辛中总马兜铃酸的含量,为其临床安全用药提供实验依据。方法:以马兜铃酸A为对照,采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为390 nm。结果:马兜铃酸A浓度在3.0~30.0μg·mL~(-1)范围内与吸收度呈良好线性关系,Y=19.844X+0.0272(r=0.9996),平均回收率为97.84%,RSD为0.97%。三种细辛中总马兜铃酸的含量为0.17%~0.35%,以汉城细辛最低,华细辛最高。结论:本方法操作简便,重复性好,精密度高,可用于细辛中总马兜铃酸的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of total aristolochic acid in Asarum, Asarum and Asarum, providing the experimental basis for its clinical safety. Methods: Aristolochic acid A was used as control. The UV detection wavelength was 390 nm. Results: The linear relationship between the concentration of aristolochic acid A and the absorbance was found in the range of 3.0 ~ 30.0μg · mL -1, Y = 19.844X + 0.0272 (r = 0.9996), the average recovery was 97.84%. The RSD 0.97%. The three asarum total aristolochic acid content of 0.17% to 0.35%, the lowest Asarum in Seoul, the highest asarum. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible and accurate. It can be used for the determination of total aristolochic acid in Asarum.
