通过对不同淤泥深度水质环境中磷营养因子的测定和分析,初步研究了不同深度淤泥对水质环境中磷营养因子的影响。实验结果表明,有淤泥类水族箱水中的磷酸盐浓度与无淤泥类水族箱水中磷酸盐浓度有显著差异(P<0.05)。养殖水体需要一定厚度的淤泥来维持和缓冲水体中各营养盐水平。
Through the determination and analysis of phosphorus nutrition factors in different silt depth water environment, the effects of silt of different depths on phosphorus nutrition factor in water environment were preliminary studied. The experimental results show that there is a significant difference (P <0.05) between phosphate concentration in silt aquarium water and phosphate concentration in non-silt aquarium water. Aquaculture water requires a certain thickness of sludge to maintain and buffer the nutrient levels in the water.
