测定了国产21种竹材基、中、梢三部分的pH值和缓冲容量。结果表明,21种竹材的pH值为4.80～6.66,平均值为5.698,其中12种散生竹在5.42—6.66之间,9种丛生竹在4.80—5.72之间;同竹种不同部位的pH值有变异,散生竹的大部分是基部较梢部为大,而丛生竹的大部分却是梢部较基部为大;12种散生竹材的碱缓冲容量为0.1522～0.5568 meq,9种丛生竹材的为0.0919～0.2534meq,变化范围较散生竹材为小。
Determination of the domestic 21 kinds of bamboo base, in the three parts of the pH and buffer capacity. The results showed that the pH value of 21 kinds of bamboo was 4.80 ~ 6.66, the average was 5.698, of which 12 kinds of scattered bamboo were between 5.42-6.66 and 9 kinds of bamboo were between 4.80-5.72; Most of the scattered bamboo is larger than the shoots at the base, while most of the bamboo shoots are larger at the shoots than the basal part.
