在本文中讨论了镝灯的工作特性与电孤管内杂质气体和外壳中残余气体之间关系,表明镝灯的起动电压、显色性和寿命都明显地受残杂气体的影响.其次,介绍了灯内杂质气体的释放源,杂质气体与制灯的材料和工艺密切相关.最后,实验指出外壳内放入了Ba—Al和Zr-Al吸气剂,则其内的总压力和氢气分压力都大大减小.文中给出了外壳内残余气体的质谱线,以及气体组份随灯寿命的变化关系.
In this paper, the relationship between the operating characteristics of dysprosium lamp and the residual gas in the impurity gas and the shell of the electric arc tube is discussed, which shows that the starting voltage, color rendering and life of the dysprosium lamp are obviously affected by the residual gas. The impurity gas is closely related to the material and technology of the lamp.Finally, experiments have shown that Ba-Al and Zr-Al getters are placed in the shell, and the total pressure and hydrogen content in the shell The pressure is greatly reduced.This paper gives the mass spectrum of residual gas in the shell and the relationship between gas composition and lamp life.
