研究添加0.7重量%锰和0.08重量%碳对冷轧退火纯铁薄板的塑性各向异性、晶粒度及延性的影响。论不同程度的冷轧压下率的作用表明,最大γ值产生在85%压下率之后。当把0.06~0.26重量%锰与0.046~0.012重量%含碳量一起采用时,γ值超过2.0。分析各种合金的晶粒尺寸与冷轧压下率之间的关系看出,均匀伸长与晶粒尺寸,成份和试样厚度无关,而总伸长与成分关系很大,并取决于晶粒尺寸和试样厚度。
The effects of addition of 0.7 wt% manganese and 0.08 wt% carbon on the plastic anisotropy, grain size and ductility of cold rolled annealed pure iron sheets were investigated. The effect of different degrees of cold rolling reduction indicates that the maximum γ value occurs after 85% reduction. When 0.06 to 0.26% by weight of manganese is used together with 0.046 to 0.012% by weight of carbon, the value of γ exceeds 2.0. Analysis of the relationships between the grain sizes of various alloys and the cold rolling reduction shows that uniform elongation is independent of grain size, composition, and sample thickness, whereas total elongation has a strong relationship with the composition and depends on the crystal Grain size and sample thickness.
