环境与能源工程实验中心按照教育教学规律和实践认知规律,围绕应用型人才培养目标,以学生实践能力培养为核心,形成了“学用结合三阶段递进式”人才培养模式,全面培养学生的工程素质、实践能力和创新精神。通过“基础实验平台、专业基础实验平台、专业实验平台”的建设,促进学生“基本科学素养、专业实验技能、工程实际设计与施工管理能力”的培养。以工程素质教育为基础、以实践能力培养为核心、课内外有机结合、学与用相互促进的人才培养模式,提高了实验中心实验教学水平,促进了学生实践能力的提高。
