1 前言以高工作性为主要特征的免振捣、自密实高性能砼(Self-compacting Concrete,简称 SCC)因其自身独特的性能也越来越展现出强大的生命力。由于 SCC毋须振捣即能密实成型,使传统砼施工技术产生质的飞跃,不仅适应了当代砼工程超大规模化、复杂化的要求,而且为基于耐久性的砼结构设计提供了技术保障。就材料而言,由于采用了高性能外加剂和大掺量矿物外掺料,使得低水胶比、低水泥用量的砼配制成为可能,从而提高了硬化砼的力学性能及耐久性;就设计而言,由于 SCC 能够在自重作用下自动穿越钢筋密集处,并且仍保持混合料的均匀性,为密集配筋结构设计的实现提供了可靠的技术保障;就施工而言,SCC 的应用不仅可以缓解熟练工人日益短缺的危机,而且消除了振捣噪音,减弱了工人的劳动强度,避免由于振捣不密实而带来的施工隐患,加快了施工进度,保证了工程质量,提高了文明施工和现代化施工管理水平。江苏省建筑科学研究院有限公司(改制以前的江苏省建筑科学研究院)自1996年以来,主要从发展高
