随着改革开放,市场经济的发展,鲜活冷冻食品的运输量逐年增加。为满足需要,铁道部不断引进了一些德国造机保车,至今已达2000多辆。机保车上的部分生活电源和柴油发电机组的起动电源,过去一直使用铅酸蓄电池。有腐蚀性大,寿命短,电性能较差等缺点。而镉镍碱性蓄电池具有耐过充、过放电、耐冲击振动,机械强度大,寿命长,运行安全可靠,不腐蚀设备,维护简单等优点。是替代铅酸电池较理想的电源。现在国外许多国家的铁路车辆已普遍采用了镉镍碱性蓄电池。 1994年铁道部车辆局委托郑州机保
