密度法是连续体结构拓扑优化中常用的方法之一,密度法的RAMP插值函数模型对材料的存在状态[0,1]的逼近有不合理之处,从而导致存在拓扑优化结果的边界构型不清晰的问题。针对上述问题,提出了一种改进的RAMP插值函数模型,能更好地逼近材料存在状态[0,1],减小了优化结果的中间密度单元分布区域,使优化结果边界的清晰度得以提高。选用OC准则法和灵敏度滤波技术,通过自编程序实现拓扑优化程序。通过典型算例的优化分析,验证了基于RAMP模型的改进密度法的合理性和可行性。所提出的方法,具有较强的应用和研究意义。
