以日光温室栽培的油桃五月火、曙光品种为试材,研究了坐果后不同发育时期的幼果对低温伤害的反应特性。结果表明,不同发育期的幼果对低温的抗性不同。总的趋势是随幼果生长发育,其耐低温的能力增强。但其间有两个低温敏感期,分别是花后4天、花后6天。低温对幼果的伤害程度与低温发生前的环境高温密切相关,表现出明显的温差效应,温差愈大,伤害愈重。低温引起幼果细胞膜伤害,导致原生质外渗,并且使得膜脂过氧化防护系统SOD酶活性降低;试验发现SOD酶的伤害与失活先于原生质的大量外渗。
The response to cold injury of young fruits at different developmental stages after fruit setting were studied by using the Mayflower and Shuguang cultivars cultivated in sunlight greenhouse. The results showed that young fruit at different developmental stages had different resistance to low temperature. The general trend is with young fruit growth and development, its ability to withstand low temperature increased. But during the two low temperature sensitive period, respectively, four days after anthesis, six days after anthesis. Low temperature damage to young fruit is closely related to the high temperature before the occurrence of low temperature, showing a clear temperature difference effect, the greater the temperature difference, the harder the injury. Low temperature caused cell membrane damage in young fruit, leading to extravasation of protoplasm, and decreased the SOD activity of membrane lipid peroxidation protection system. It was found that the damage and inactivation of SOD enzyme preceded the massive extravasation of protoplasm.
