饮片玄参为玄参科植物玄参ＳｃｒｏｐｈｕｌａｒｉａｎｉｎｇｐｏｅｎｓｉｓＨｅｍｓｌ的干燥根；乌头为毛莨科植物乌头ＡｃｏｍｉｔｕｎＣａｒｍｉｃｈ—ａｌｌｉＤｅｂｘ的十燥根。两者饮片在外观、性状上容易混淆，但药用功能完全不同，为了将二者区分，本文就两者作鉴别比较。
