目前预应力技术已在市政桥梁中广泛应用,预应力混凝土的施工是整个桥梁施工中非常关键的工序,也是影响桥梁结构的重要因素。预应力混凝土按预加应力的方法可分为先张法和后张法两类,其中后张法是先浇筑混凝土并预留孔道,待混凝土达到一定强度后张拉预应力筋,用锚具将预应力筋固定在构件或结构上的方法。本文结合市政高架桥后张法预应力施工监理实际工作经验,浅谈市政桥梁现浇箱梁后张预应力施工中的预应力管道、预应力张拉等施工环节质量监理控制。
