为了加强农贸市场的卫生管理,江东区卫生防疫站于1994年设立了市场卫生监督科,专门负责农贸市场的食品卫生工作,取得明显的效果。现将3年来(1995～1997年)食品卫生监测结果分析报道如下。
In order to strengthen the hygiene management of farmers market, Jiangdong District Health and Epidemic Prevention Station set up the market health supervision department in 1994, which is responsible for the food hygiene work in the farmer’s market and achieved obvious results. Now 3 years (1995 ~ 1997) food hygiene monitoring results are reported below.
