考察了乙炔高压羰化合成丙烯酸时沉积物的形成。结果表明,主要沉积物来自乙炔及其衍生物,并提出只要改善反应的气-液混合状态,使乙炔与其他反应物能充分接触,就会大大提高乙炔羰化合成丙烯酸主产物的收率。同时也可抑制副反应的发生,从而使反应过程能稳定运行。
The formation of the precipitate during acetylene carbonylation to acrylic acid was investigated. The results show that the main sediments are derived from acetylene and its derivatives. It is also suggested that the main yield of acetylene carbonylation to acrylic acid products can be greatly improved by improving the gas-liquid mixing state of the reaction and allowing sufficient contact between acetylene and other reactants. At the same time can also inhibit the occurrence of side effects, so that the reaction process can be stable operation.
