目的探讨高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定载大黄酸的空腔碳酸钙(Ca CO3)纳米球血药浓度,以评价其在大鼠体内缓释效果。方法采用HPLC法测定大鼠灌胃载大黄酸Ca CO3纳米球后不同时点大鼠血药浓度。结果大鼠灌胃10 mg/kg的载大黄酸Ca CO3纳米球后20 min检测到大黄酸,40 min后达到最大血药浓度,之后释放速度减慢,表明大黄酸Ca CO3纳米球在大鼠体内具有良好的缓释性能。结论大黄酸以空腔Ca CO3纳米球作为载体,在大鼠体内能够达到良好的缓释效果。
Objective To investigate the drug concentration of rheumatoid calcium carbonate (CaCO 3) nanospheres loaded with rhein in order to evaluate its sustained release effect in rats by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods HPLC method was used to determine the blood concentration of rats at different time points after intragastric administration of Rhein-Ca CO3 nanospheres. RESULTS: Rhein was detected at 20 mg / kg after 10 mg / kg rhodonin-loaded CaCO 3 nanospheres and reached maximum plasma concentration after 40 min. The release rate was slowed down, indicating that rhein The body has a good sustained-release properties. Conclusion Rhein can be used as a carrier in hollow CaCO 3 nanosphere to achieve good sustained release in rats.
