“图上作业法”是中国科学院数学研究所集体研究出来的组织合理运输的方法。国家经济委员会曾将这个方法转发有关部门建议组织有关人员学习并推广应用,使物资的调运更加合理,以节省运力和运费。这里将该法刊登出来,希望各地及时把学习和推广应用过程中的经验写给本刊。 “On the map Act” is the Institute of Mathematics Chinese Academy of Sciences collectively developed a reasonable organization of transport methods. The National Economic Council has forwarded this method to relevant departments for advice to organize relevant personnel to study and popularize the application so that the transfer of materials will be made more reasonable so as to save the capacity and freight costs.
