目的 :对比分析 1996～ 2 0 0 2年湖北省与全国城镇居民医疗保健消费状况 ,总结我国医疗保健消费的一般特点和湖北省医疗保健消费的规模、水平。方法 :按城镇居民家庭人均医疗保健消费支出及其所占比重进行统计分析 ,并计算相关指标。结果 :我国城镇居民医疗保健消费规模随收入增加而扩大 ,湖北省医疗保健消费低于全国平均水平 ,消费结构处于较低层次。结论 :应针对湖北省医疗保健需求相对不足的现状 ,提出对策建议 ,并探讨湖北省医疗服务市场的发展前景
OBJECTIVE: To compare and analyze the status of health care consumption of urban residents in Hubei Province and other cities in China from 1996 to 2002, and to summarize the general characteristics of health care consumption in China and the scale and level of health care consumption in Hubei Province. Methods: According to the statistical analysis of the per capita health care expenditure of urban residents and their proportion, and calculate the relevant indicators. Results: The scale of health care consumption of urban residents in our country expanded with the increase of income. The consumption of health care in Hubei Province was lower than the national average, and the consumption structure was at a lower level. Conclusion: In response to the relative shortage of medical care in Hubei Province, the countermeasures and suggestions should be put forward and the development prospects of medical service market in Hubei Province should be explored
