〕目的:了解癌周血管生成对颊癌局部浸润方式形成的影响和关系。方法:收集60 例临床病例及病理资料,结合组织学和免疫组织化学手段,光镜下分类颊癌浸润方式并定量计数癌周微血管密度。结果:颊癌浸润生长方式主要有4 种:波浪型、团块型、条索型和弥漫型。癌周血管形成与其密切相关,并直接影响颊癌浸润生长方式的形成,其中以条索型和弥漫型浸润生长血管生成最强烈,恶性程度最高,预后最差。结论:上述4种浸润方式均为颊癌局部生长的主要形式,其形成受癌周血管生成的直接影响,两者间有密切的相关关系。癌周血管生成对癌细胞恶性行为的表达及发展至关重要,两者相辅相成。
Objective: To understand the influence of perivascular angiogenesis on the formation of local infiltration of buccal carcinoma and its relationship. Methods: Sixty cases of clinical and pathological data were collected. Combined with histological and immunohistochemical methods, the infiltration of buccal carcinoma was classified by light microscopy and the peritumoral microvessel density was quantified. Results: There are mainly four types of invasive growth of buccal carcinoma: wave type, clump type, cords type and diffuse type. Perivascular angiogenesis is closely related to it, and directly affects the formation of invasive growth of buccal carcinoma. Among them, stroma-type and diffuse infiltration have the strongest angiogenesis, the highest malignancy, and the worst prognosis. CONCLUSION: The above four infiltration methods are all the main forms of local growth of buccal carcinoma, and their formation is directly influenced by perivascular angiogenesis. There is a close correlation between them. Perivascular angiogenesis is crucial for the malignant behavior of cancer cells and their development, complementing each other.
