自清末起,公德学说广受瞩目。但在这一学说传入时的特殊国情和文化传统的合力塑造下,公德具有了极为明显的本土化解读。尽管以后的学术研究逐渐还原了公德本身的内涵和外延,但公德之于当下中国,其稀缺性并未获得根本改善。尤其伴随着中国现代化进程中市场化和网络化产生的新问题,中国公德建设面临新的困境和挑战。因此,有必要在还原公德概念的基础上对公德的本土化过程进行反思,并从市场化和网络化的视角探讨中国社会在现代化进程中难以孕育现代意义的公德的原因。
Since the end of Qing Dynasty, the theory of morality has drawn much attention. However, under the combination of special national conditions and cultural traditions when this theory was introduced, there is an extremely obvious localization interpretation of public morality. Although later academic studies gradually restored the connotation and denotation of morality itself, the scarcity of morality in contemporary China has not been fundamentally improved. Especially with the new problems arising from the marketization and networking in the process of China’s modernization, China’s construction of public morality is facing new difficulties and challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to reconsider the process of localization of public morality on the basis of restoring the concept of public morality and to explore the reason why Chinese society is unable to conceive modern significance in the process of modernization from the perspective of marketization and network.
