热锯机在冶金厂得到广泛的应用。提高锯片使用寿命,摸清锯齿失效原因,仍是当前值得注意的问题。本文从调查国内锯片使用的情况出发,归纳了锯片失效的类型。并用弹性力学有限单元法,解出了典型锯齿的应力场及应变场,对分析锯齿破坏机理,设计合理的齿形提供了力学依据。 为确定合理锯切力能参数,本文应用了弹塑性有限元法求出的计算结果。 我国冶金厂和机械厂拥有数千台锯机,每年要消耗大量的锯片。如唐山市冶金锯片厂这样的专业厂,每年要为上百个厂家提供各种规格的圆盘锯片,其中大直径的热切锯片占有一定的比例。近年来,由于改进了制造工艺,严格质量标准,使锯片质量得到了提高。但由使用的效果看,锯片早期破损的情况仍然发生。因此,进一步摸清锯片的失效原因,寻找其破坏的机理,提高锯片的使用寿命,仍是当前一项重要的工作。

Based on the investigation of the use of saw blades in our country, this paper summarizes the types of blade failures. The finite element method of elasticity is used to solve the stress field and strain field of the typical serration, which provides a mechanical basis for analyzing the mechanism of serration failure and designing a reasonable tooth profile. In order to determine the reasonable parameters of sawing power, the calculation results obtained by the elasto-plastic finite element method are used in this paper. China’s metallurgical plants and machinery plant has thousands of saws, each year to consume a large number of saws. Such as Tangshan City metallurgical saw blade factory such a professional factory, every year for hundreds of manufacturers to provide a variety of circular saw blade, which has a large diameter of the hot saw blade occupies a certain percentage. In recent years, due to improved manufacturing processes, strict quality standards, the saw blade quality has been improved. However, the effect of the use of saw blade early damage still occurs. Therefore, it is still an important task to further clarify the cause of failure of the saw blade, find out the mechanism of its destruction and improve the service life of the saw blade.
