现代竞技运动不仅是身体、意志的拼搏 ,而且还包括科技的竞争。高原训练作为一种有效提高运动能力的训练方法 ,已经受到了普遍的重视。我国是国际体坛较早开展高原训练的国家之一 ,但我国目前的高原训练主要集中在中长跑、竞走、游泳、自行车、划船、足球、曲棍球及柔道、摔跤等格斗性项目 ,但国外已经开展的项目如排球、投掷、短跑、跨栏等 ,我国仍处于较落后的境地。针对其中的短跑项目作一些可行性的分析 ,并制定几个训练的方案供参考。

For some of the sprint project for some feasibility analysis, and to develop several training programs for reference.
