为探讨脾虚的本质,寻找治疗脾虚证的有效方药,本实验选用利血平为致虚因素来复制脾虚动物模型,采用核技术手段进行检测、观察脾虚动物的T_4、环核苷酸含量等指标。结果显示,类脾虚证小鼠血清T_4含量比对照组低(P<0.025),而治疗组由于使用加味四君子汤,其血清T_4含量便接近对照组水平(P>0.05)。类脾虚证小鼠cAMP含量高于对照组(P<0.005),而血浆cGMP含量则低于对照组(P<0.001),而有使用加味四君子汤的治疗组,其血浆cAMP含量则较类脾虚组低(P<0.005),cGMP含量则较类脾虚组高(P<0.05)。提示加味四君子汤的作用机理与调节甲状腺素及环核苷酸水平有关。

It is suggested that the mechanism of action of Modified Sijunzi Decoction is related to the regulation of thyroid hormone and cyclic nucleotide levels.
