目的探讨视觉传导路标本颅顶及颅底的制作方法,为解剖实验教学提供直观形象的标本,并为研究视觉传导路的构架及机制提供形态学支撑。方法经福尔马林固定的头颅6个,用常规解剖工具和特殊工具,分别从颅顶及颅底显示视觉传导路。结果该制作方法能从2个方面立体展示视觉传导路的组成及各部分结构,同时显示其重要的毗邻结构。结论颅底及颅顶显示法均可较好显示视觉传导路及其毗邻结构,有助于视觉传导路及相关疾病的研究。
Objective To explore the method of making the skull base and the skull base of the visual guidance roadmap, provide the specimens for the anatomical experiment teaching and provide morphological support for the study of the structure and mechanism of the visual pathway. Methods Six formalin-fixed skulls were used. Visual pathways were visualized from the top of the skull and the base of the skull using conventional anatomical tools and special tools. Results The method of production can display the composition of the visual conduction path and the structure of each part stereoscopically from two aspects and show its important adjacent structure. Conclusion Both skull base and skull base display method can better display the visual pathway and its adjacent structures, which is helpful for the study of visual conduction pathways and related diseases.
