目的探讨HIV/AIDS湿热内蕴证血液的代谢组学特征。方法采用液质联用技术结合主成分分析方法比较16例HIV/AIDS湿热内蕴证和20例健康对照组的血液代谢产物的差异。结果 HIV/AIDS湿热内蕴证患者与正常人的血清代谢物经PLS-DA分析后得分图上二者能够明显区分开;通过比对人类代谢组学数据库(http://www.hmdb.ca/),得到差异性物质可能为:酰基甘氨酸、溶血磷脂酰胆碱。结论艾滋病湿热内蕴证和健康对照组血液代谢轮廓均有良好的区分,并发现了部分差异性物质,为艾滋病中医证候学物质基础研究提供了参考。
Objective To investigate the metabolomics characteristics of HIV / AIDS damp-heat intrinsic syndrome blood. Methods The blood metabolites of 16 HIV / AIDS damp-heat syndromes and 20 healthy controls were compared by LC-MS and principal component analysis. Results The serum metabolites in patients with HIV / AIDS and those in normal subjects were clearly distinguished by PLS-DA analysis. By comparing with the human metabolomics database (http://www.hmdb.ca /), Get the difference material may be: acyl glycine, lysophosphatidylcholine. Conclusion The syndrome of damp - heat syndrome and the blood metabolic profile of healthy control group all have a good distinction, and some of the differential substances have been found, which provides references for the basic research of TCM syndromes in AIDS.
