对61例男性非淋菌性尿道炎、56例男性淋菌性尿道炎、45例男性非尿道炎对照组的尿道拭子,进行加德纳菌的分离鉴定。结果加德纳菌的检出率分别是36.1%、10.7%、11.1%。非淋菌性尿道炎组较淋菌性尿道炎组及对照组检出率差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),各年龄组间的检出率差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。提示加德纳菌在男性非淋菌性尿道炎,尤其淋病后尿道炎的致病中具一定意义。
61 cases of male non-gonococcal urethritis, 56 cases of male gonococcal urethritis, 45 cases of male non-urethritis control group of urethral swab, Gardnerella isolation and identification. Results The detection rates of Gardnerella were 36.1%, 10.7% and 11.1% respectively. There was a significant difference in the detection rate between non-gonococcal urethritis group and gonococcal urethritis group and the control group (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference in the detection rate among all age groups (P> 0.05 ). This suggests that Gardnerella is of certain significance in the pathogenesis of male non-gonococcal urethritis, especially gonorrhea urethritis.
