针对目前我国地铁车站施工中常遇到的地下大直径管线,提出不改迁管线,遇管线处围护结构局部留缺口、将管线悬吊的方法。采用FLAC3D程序,分析了大直径地下管线对基坑围护结构整体稳定性的影响,对围护结构封闭、开口及缺口部位土体加固等方案进行了施工过程三维仿真模拟。重点讨论了基坑底的隆起变形、基坑缺口附近土体的塑性区分布及水平位移、基坑缺口外侧的地表沉陷、各层支撑承受的轴力、基坑缺口附近连续墙体的水平位移及弯矩等力学响应。结果显示,采用文中方法保护地下管线并进行围护结构缺口处土体加固是可行的。
Aiming at the underground large-diameter pipeline which is often encountered in the construction of metro stations in our country, a method is proposed to suspend the pipeline without relocating the pipeline and partially leaving a gap in the retaining structure at the pipeline. The FLAC3D program is used to analyze the influence of large diameter underground pipelines on the overall stability of the retaining structure of the foundation pit. Three-dimensional simulation of the construction process is carried out for the schemes of enclosing structures, soil openings and openings. The deformation of the bottom of foundation pit, the plastic zone distribution and the horizontal displacement of the soil near the foundation pit, the surface subsidence outside the foundation pit notches, the axial force to be supported by each floor, the horizontal displacement of the continuous wall near the foundation pit And bending moment and other mechanical response. The results show that it is feasible to adopt the method of the paper to protect the underground pipeline and reinforce the soil at the gap of the envelope.
