运用全甲基化β环糊精毛细管气相色谱手性柱,首次测定了我国天然水体中手性污染物α六六六的对映体浓度比值〔ER=(+)α六六六/(-)α六六六〕。初春和初夏季节天津新港港湾海水中α六六六的ER值为0.91~0.80,证实了该水体微生物对α六六六的降解存在着对映体选择性,(+)α六六六被优先降解。海河河口水在以上两季节中,α六六六的ER值均近似为1,其原因有待于进一步研究,可能是附近有经常排放外消旋体α六六六的污染源。另外还测定了以上两水体中α、β、γ、δ六六六的浓度,两水体中的六六六含量分别符合我国I类海洋水质标准(GB309782)和生活饮用水水质标准(GB574985)。
The use of full-methylation β cyclodextrin capillary gas chromatography chiral column for the first time measured the chiral contaminant α 666 enantiomer concentration ratio [ER = (+) α-666 / (-) α six six six〕. In the early spring and early summer seasons, the ER value of α-C 6 H 6 in Tianjin Xingang Harbor was 0.91 ~ 0.80, confirming the existence of enantioselectivity for the degradation of α-BHC by this microorganism (+ α six six six preferential degradation. Haihe River Estuary in the above two seasons, α-666 ER values are similar to 1, the reasons for further study, may be near the regular discharge of racemic α-666 sources of pollution. In addition, the concentrations of α, β, γ and δ-6β6 in the above two bodies of water were also determined. The contents of hexacostarsulfide in the two bodies of water met the requirements of Class I marine water quality standards (GB309782) and drinking water quality standards GB5749 85).
