螺旋压力机的若干设计理论问题 (西北工业大学黄吕权) 本文就螺旋压力机设计中七个方面的问题作了系统的论述,即:1.锻件变形能、弹性变形能和摩擦能的计算;2.整体飞轮力能关系,3.打滑飞轮力能关系;4.冷击力的计算;5.冷击比及螺旋压力机合理刚度的确定;6.打滑力及飞轮转动惯量比的确定;7.螺旋压力机吨位选择及技术标准。文中所提新论点及有关计算式对当前螺旋压力机的研究、设计和使用都有一定的实际参考价值。
Several Design Theory Problems of Spiral Press (Northwest University Huang Lvquan) This article systematically discusses seven aspects of the design of screw press, namely: 1. Calculation of deformation energy, elastic deformation energy and friction energy of forging 2. The relationship between the overall flywheel force 3. The relationship between the slip flywheel force 4. The calculation of the cold impact force 5. The cold-blow ratio and the determination of the reasonable rigidity of the screw press 6. The determination of the slip force and flywheel moment of inertia ; 7 screw press tonnage selection and technical standards. The new arguments and related formulas mentioned in the paper have certain practical reference value for the current screw press research, design and use.
