目的掌握新疆建设兵团农十四师224团及皮山农场在不同时期进疆、不同居住年限的团场人员的肺功能状态及肺通气功能损害的类型,探讨年龄、不同接尘年龄、职业、心肺合并症等对肺功能的影响。方法采用日本捷斯特公司CHESTGRAPH HI-101型肺功能测定仪对519名兵团农十四师团场工作人员进行肺通气功能测定,结合既往病史、胸片、心电图、症状、体症等对所测定的结果比较分析。结果经Kruskal Wallis检验,519名兵团农十四师团场工作人员肺通气功能减退者107例,占23.21%。FVC、FEV1、FEV1.0%(FEV1/FVC%)、MMF、FEF25、FEF50、FEF75通气功能指标相互比较均有显著性差异(P小于0.001),尤以最大呼气中期流速(FEF)显著。结论兵团农十四师团场工作人员肺通气功能障碍以限制性为主,并与田间劳动、年龄增大、较低文化程度、患有肺气肿、肺心病、经常感冒、鼻炎、慢性肺炎密切相关。
Objective To investigate the lung function status and the types of pulmonary ventilation impairment in the 224 Farm Corps of Farmers’ Corps of Xinjiang Construction Corps and the Pishan Farm in different periods with different lifetimes. Methods Lung function tests were performed on staff of 519 Corps, including 14 field divisions, using CHESTGRAPH HI-101 pulmonary function tester from Japan Jieste Company. Combined with past medical history, chest radiograph, electrocardiogram, symptom and so on Determination of the results of comparative analysis. Results Kruskal Wallis test showed that there were 107 cases of pulmonary hypogonadism among the 519 Corps delegation of farm workers, accounting for 23.21%. FVC, FEV1, FEV1.0% (FEV1 / FVC%), MMF, FEF25, FEF50 and FEF75 were significantly different from each other (P less than 0.001), especially the maximum expiratory flow rate (FEF). CONCLUSIONS The Corps ’fourteen divisions’ staff working in the field of lung ventilation are mainly limited based on their restrictiveness. They are also associated with increased labor force, increased age, lower education level, emphysema, pulmonary heart disease, frequent cold, rhinitis, chronic pneumonia closely related.
